Great place with wonderful view over Castellfollit! Probably you won't find a better one around. Quality to price it is just perfect, affortable for any pocket. And yet, there is very clean as well, so it was just pleasant to stay. For sure we will go back there.

This quiet village is situated off the more touristy sites in the surroundings. However, it takes only a short drive to Besalú or Olot.
Tortellá itself does not offer much to see. There is only one tavern-like restaurant in the village. Tortellá is, however, an ideal basis to explore
the Alta Garrotxa with its impressive cultural and historic sites and its
breathtaking landscapes.

There is not much going on in the town of Tortella, but it's location makes it ideal for exploring the Garrotxa region. Very close to the city of Olot, and the towns of Besalu and Castellfollit de la Roca. Quick trip to Girona to catch the train to other destinations.
The room was in a wonderful location, the hotel too. It was clean and each of us got a bed (in most cases we share a sofa bed or a double bed).
The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was adequate.
