First, the location is great. About 20 minutes walk to down town, to most important avenues. Calm area, friendly staff with smiles all over their faces.
The cleanliness is perfect, however I wonder how come a four star hotel doesn’t provide a simple Kittel in the room .

The hotel is in an excellent location for the top sites in Madrid. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
