Phenomenal location if you want isolated rural holidays. The dirt road to get there is a bit nerve wracking if you aren't used to that sort of driving!
Pool was wonderful, aircon very necessary, but the views are incredible.

What a find, brilliant location, large double room with balcony and the breakfast superb. Staff very friendly and some spoke good English.

Perfect position, close to beach and a few metres from the main pedestrianized shopping street but entrance just around a corner on a narrow, quiet street. Keys issued and underground parking at larger hotel on next street. Easy to find and nice to be able to leave car in basement out of the very high temperatures.

Exactly what they promised. The lads on the desk were friendly and helpful, easy parking, great pool and book libraries. Did not avail ourselves of all facilities in our one night stay - but bar and restaurant looked fine. Great meal in Competa central square.

Sayalonga is a neat village with small streets without cars. The apartment is easy to find, provided you start uphill and walk down, along the church.
Though I could only try one of the three restaurants, it was indeed serving excellent food. Highly recommended for non-vegetarians.
The apartment is spacious with all equipment one might need and on a chilly night, of which there are many in winter time, the heating is way sufficient to reach a comfortable temperature.
The English-speaking hosts are friendly.

Lovely Nerja and its beautiful beaches is a 45mn drive from the house.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The aphid everything we needed and was close to a few local shops and restaurants. The host was wonderful in making sure we got there safely and enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing holiday!!
The location is in the mountains, but not to far from the sea. The view is to the mountains and to the nearby town of Sayalonga, the view was amazing. Despite it is near the mountain road it was quite peaceful.
