Location was perfect. Kevin the trainee on the front desk was excellent, friendly and professional. Maria on the other hand was extremely rude and unhelpful. Kevin should give her some training.

Great location very central. Good size rooms. Clean and quiet, haven’t heard any noise from neighbours rooms.
Nice shower also has very good hair dryer . Comfy mattress and pillows. Also good air con.
Nice staff help is with restaurant bookings.
Perfect place. It is close to industrial zone but when you enter the hotel, the green yard and garden is widely speeded so you feel like you are in the nature. People are nice, kind, Room is clean, and big. Nothing to complaint
the host was lovely… even provided a ride into town for dinner as the location is set about ¾ mile outside of the Lezama which is a small industrial town. so it was very nice to get out of the inner part of the Lezama
