Beautiful place with excellent restaurants and so clean.
Beautiful place with excellent restaurants and so clean. If you surf the beach had a lovely bay and we checked out Bar Nesta, renown for the Tortilla but only one prepared for lunch and another for dinner.. We queued at 18:40 to get our name on the dining list for a 1/16th portion then returned to the restaurant at 19:45 for our place (at the bar for us). The steak was to die for!
Everywhere we ate was very reasonably priced and good.

Suitable for all age groups. If one suffers from limited mobility, there are benches virtually everywhere (every 50 - 100 meters). The food is second to none. If you feel like surfing, this is the place for you.

The place it’s self was lovely, lots of beautiful architecture and great views. Lots to do, we attended the aquarium and the beach. Plenty of places to eat, even if you’re with a picky eater. Easy to navigate with Google maps and definitely avoid the guesthouse I stayed at.

A very busy town with lots of tourists would not like to be there in the summer. The museum was a quiet and a good space to roam and keep cool. We ate the pintxos of course and loved the way you can just arrive eat and drink at almost all times of the day catering to all types of diets.
It’s perfectly located (Gros) to see all of San Sebastián but far enough away from the madness of the “Old Town”. The Gros area was a big surprise, full of great restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Hotel it’s self is beautifully designed inside and the rooms are just perfect. Continental breakfast was nice and we enjoyed sunset on the roof top bar. The staff were charming and could not do enough for you. We would highly recommend Abba and Gros when staying in San Sebastián. Thank you 🙏
Centrally located directly in the old town of San Sebastián / next to Aquarium/ beach. Nice lobby - staff very welcoming & helpful. Beach Town service. Roof Top Terrace with great scenic view: on beach, mountain, ocean. Nice restaurant/cafe in the hotel for coffee or snacks. Nice interior of the hotel and the rooms. 24 h room service (I did not make use of it though). We booked transfer service from Bilbao Airport: everything went smooth and nice quality (car/driver).
Our room was large and comfortable, and the Hotel’s decor and facilities are modern— Spa, pool, meeting rooms. Staff were very friendly, professional and always answered with a smile. We enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant and the quality of the food and professionalism of the staff were excellent. The Hotel is not centrally located, but only a bus ride away (10 Minutes), from the CBD and Old Town. The large, secure parking garage is a bonus.
The apartment is newly renovated hence everything is nice and clean. The bathroom / shower is upper end Hotel quality. Smart TV with many apps like YouTube, streaming etc. to mention, house has elevator. Rooms are lovely decorated. Location is perfect, basically 5 min walk to the beach and old town. Arrival / departure well managed. No waiting times. Would book it anytime again if I am at San Sebastián.
Great location. Close to Bus and not far from the beach and old town. The hotel was excellent and the amazing service we received from the staff member at check-in really enhanced our experience not only at the hotel but in San Sebastián as a whole. It was really great value and we were really considering cancelling our filling nights in Bilbao to stay here longer.
The Hotel & Rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, right next to the old town, and an east walk from both beaches San Sebastián has to offer, as well as other neighbourhoods such as Gros. The staff were fantastic and provided great recommendations for restaurants etc - which were some of the best meals we ate on our whole trip!
Excellent hotel about a 15 to 20 minute walk to San Sebastián old town, and closer to the beach. Room was small but well designed and very clean, with decent facilities. Hotel also offers a complementary one hour spa/hamam/jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
First impression was how helpful and informative Alex the person who checked us in was, very knowledgable, recommended great restaurants and spoke perfect English too.
Room was excellent and the hotel bar very good indeed.
We always check to see if there is a room mate hotel available when we visit Spain, this was our third.
Room was large with settee, chairs, coffee machine, good size bathroom.
We drove to Spain so used their paid underground parking and the spaces were large compared to what we usually find in Spain. Hotel location was easy to find and walkable to the beach/old town, buses stopped outside hotel if needed.
Hotel was cozy and modern and the hotel staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Ibai at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience and as a result, it really enhanced our stay in San Sebastian. I would certainly come back and stay at this hotel again! Top quality hospitality!!
The hotel is conveniently situated a short walk from the San Sebastian Old Town and ideal if you have a vehicle, as they have a secure underground carpark that's easy to find. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and fine for a stopover. I also really appreciated the shower design!
The hotel has a car park and is close to the bus stop for San Sebastián centre. It was clean with plenty of hot water. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough to keep anyone going all day. Overall good value for the location. I would stay here again.
Excellent customer service. Facilities were great. Highly recommend this hotel and the location is perfect. Lovely walk to the old town and lots of cafes and markets nearby.
Loved that the receptionist had a list (already printed 😊) of restaurants and bars to recommend.
The hotel has a modern boutique feel with historic elements preserved of the convent and is near the water front and Amelia (2 Michelin Star). Great hotel and staff and will return when in San Sebastián. 12-15 min walking distance of everything.
The hotel is at very central location. Ideal for discovering the old town and other parts of San Sebastian. Parking place is also close to the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was not very spacious but had a very large bathroom.
The location was a walking distance to really popular pintxo bars and restaurants. The hotel offered free flow hot water, with tea and coffee packets - this made Pension Iturriza my favourite accommodation of all the places in Spain.
Parking on site, plenty of spaces. Places to eat and drink in walking distance of hotel. Room was clean and had a lovely little balcony. We didn’t have breakfast as we left early to continue our journey through Spain.
Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, excellent arrival directions from staff, great boutique hotel, really good breakfast choices, and secure underground parking.
