This was a very pleasant hotel - not too large and not too small. Positioned within a residential area with a short walk to the shops, restaurants, takeaways and beach of Bolnuevo. The hotel is modern and the room was well appointed. The owner and staff were a very pleasant and welcoming. We had a hire car and used this hotel as a base to travel around the south of Murcia.

Although it is in need of an upgrade, this is reflected in the price and very reasonable. The breathtaking sea views and the beautiful fig tree that covers the entire reception area make this a special place.

Lovely place, has everything we needed. My partner and I both work remotely and we ended up extending our stay here for 5 weeks!! Great location tucked away from the main town, right on the beach so quiet and private in the evenings. You can use the bikes at the place to go anywhere in Mazarron super fast and everything is within close proximity. Bernard (the owner) came to visit and stay in the neighbouring apartment for a long weekend and he’s super friendly and gave us some great recommendations on places to visit. Overall we had a great stay, enjoyed using the BBQ, washing facilities, bikes and beach equipment throughout our stay. Would recommend taking a visit to the mines just outside mazarron, they’re super cool and a great walk. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

You need a car, to travel anywhere as the local beaches are around 44 mins walk apart from main town. Restaurants are good but sadly one by harbour Tiber Simon is awful. Better places in Spain for beaches and food but I think if I had a car my experience of the area would have been better no public buses and tourist centreboard closed.

Brief visit only to view property.
Brief visit only to view property. The town is a fishing port in a beautiful natural location but these days it is primarily a tourist town. Really struggled to find a restaurant open during the winter. I imagine it is a bustling place in the summer, maybe even a bit too much so given the obvious importance of the tourist trade.

Took many restaurants serving mediocre food with chips every time.
Viggos and restaurant De Mar was especially good food and stood way above the others

A nice place in low season, I guess it will be crowded in the summer, that is why we travelled in this time of the year. A few sights in town and a lot of interesting walks close to the town, with nice scenery and very quiet (again, probably due to low season). Two museums/Interpretation centers which deserve a visit.

Fairly small, traditional, low rise hotel located adjacent to quiet (at least in May) sandy beach. Clean, comfortable room with an excellent sea view. All staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast with waiter service. Easy free street parking just outside hotel.
Lovely Family run hotel, rooms were spotless we would stay again.
Only drawback was restricted access at present due to roadworks but that was just an inconvenience
