The hotel was lovely, very clean and it looked like it was recently renovated. Staff were really nice and friendly. The town was a really nice old town (Plentzia) approx 30 minutes by metro from Bilbao, lovely beach and spotlessly clean.

Beautiful location.Quiet rooms. Parking possible on street free of charge 20:00-10:00. Meantime aprox 1EUR/hr + credit card payment.Close to the city with lots of pubs, bars with pintxos.
A lovely room and ensuite, beautifully decorated, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fabulous place, staff so helpful especially Sebastian. The tapas bar was excellent, very popular, great dinner and quick lunch. Location brilliant close to little train into Bilbao and Guggenheim. Love Plentzia, beach is stunning, we had great walks. Would love to go back, it was a gem. Parking for the VW van was nearby by the police station. Plentzia super popular as beach resort at weekends!
Everything. We decided to stay another night and even though the hotel was fully booked, the manager spent ages shuffling things around so that we could stay on without having to change to another room the next day.
The location is superb and there is free parking 100m from the hotel.
Plentzia is on the Bilbao metro and bus lines and for 3.80€ return we took the metro in to the Guggenheim museum. Its a much more pleasant place to stay than in the city.
Great location. Dinner at hotel highly recommended. Don't forget to ask for the "tortilla de patata a la brasa", one of the best we have ever tried. Breakfast at hotel is somewhat expensive but we could make to have a coffee with toasts and natural orange juice for a better prize.
Plentzia is a jewel for us, we love the town and the people. This was the first time we stayed in somewhere different to our usual choice, but the change wasn't a problem for us. Everyone was pleasant and friendly, the restaurant on Saturday night was exceptional.
The location is great in a cute street and around the corner of the restaurants that Plentzia has. The village itself is quite and cozy and you can walk to the beautifull beach. The Appartement is way nicer and more light then shown on the pictures.
Adrian was an amazing host. So welcoming for two English only speakers. In house cafe, bar and restaurant were perfect for our informal tastes. Fun to see Plentzia come alive on Friday night and the weekend. Train from Bilbao was the best.
