Great Hotel and super helpful staff in Restaurant especially Jesus, the restaurant manager who was super helpful and efficient, and Reception Staff all spoke excellent English and followed up on any queries.
The stand out for us was the Food- Exceptional! And fantastic choice. We were half board and our only regret was that we didn't go all inclusive. There was healthy options and comfort food if you wanted it. Great choice of starters, dinners and desserts and loads of variety each evening, which changed every day, no getting bored with same dish every day.
Our fridge in our room was a godsend, but initially it wasn't working or chilling our drinks- I informed reception and that evening when we went to room a replacement fridge was in place that worked perfectly.
We loved the choice of 4 pools and always got a sunbed and parasol each day. Also I workout regularly and found the gym small but we'll equipped, so it got crowded easily, but only at peak times. I was able to do full workouts in comfort if I timed it right in the day.
We loved our stay here and would love to book again for next year.

Staff was great! The breakfast offered a good choices and was really tasty. Pool was really nice although busy most of the time. The location was really nice and the view from the balcony was second to none.

Magaluf is obviously a party resort mainly for the younger generation. There were older generation there too (like myself). A week is plenty long enough (in my opinion) as it's 99% bars and eating establishments, with not much other entertainment. Ideal for short breaks like stag/hen parties etc

For the older traveller those no.longer wanting night clubs etc but happy to enjoy the lovely bars and restaurants best to visit from October until around end of April. Magaluf has beautiful beaches and lovely areas of trees and parkland. The bars, cafes and restaurants cater for most people taste. A lovely typical Spanish restaurant is JB (opposite BCM) which is open all year round offering a variety of Spanish and English food at a good price. Service is great and staff are bi lingual and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area as they are native mallorcans.

Its a very noise destination full with cheap tourists who drink and party a lot. Restaurants are cheap and low quality. The only proper supermarket is ALDI. Other supermarkets are only selling alcohol and snacks.

We stayed for 5 days Monday-Friday with three children ages 6-10. We found Magaluf perfect for us as they have a lovely beach, good choice of restaurants, lots of local shops and it is a short 20 minute taxi ride from the airport which is enough with children :)
The weather was lovely, even in the 35 degree heat we managed to spend our time at the pool or the beach, then between the hotter hours of the day, we went inside.
We loved walked over to Palma Nova in the evenings also, it is a nice walk to take in the night when it is cooler.
There were a few excersions available although we did not choose to go on any this time, but the waterpark looked good and the boat to see dolphins.

I was really surprised with Magaluf.
I was really surprised with Magaluf. Sure there were hen and stag parties but if you stay away from the party strip there is so much more to offer.
It is a really beautiful place and the restaurants are fantastic. Our favourite was Bondi Beach which was exceptional.
The room was really modern and well equipped and spacious. The beds weren’t the comfiest but still okie. We stayed here for 4 nights room only. Deposit paid for safe. Supermarket right next door which is ideal and just off the Magaluf strip. We got a last minute deal here at a really good price. Overall good stay at this hotel.
Really great hotel to be in when your objective is to enjoy Magaluf's nightlife. It's not THAT close to the strip so the noise is well controlled, 1 block from the beach and various restaurant and market options nearby. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Great all-around hotel.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very professional. The location is good, very close to Magaluf centre and to a very good beach with clear water.
The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.
I highly recommend this hotel & we will definitely come back next time.
Pool,room,liked the location as it was really close to sea front and the strip and other bars and only a few minute walk away from palma nova …..however it is quite a steep bank to get back up to the hotel daily
