Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room had comfy beds, good space, and nice views. The entertainment was varied, some nights better than others (but that's an individual taste thing)! Breakfast and lunch options were good once you got the knack of how everything worked. Certainly better going in May not full season, otherwise it would've been a bit of a cattle market. Definitely felt the benefits of Preferred Club for lunch using the Oceana restaurant and included drinks and snack options. Cleaning wise if you didn't want them in super early they revisited later on in the day which was a nice touch. Great location nearby to the beaches and other restaurants, we found a great snorkelling spot nearby accessible on foot.

Magaluf is obviously a party resort mainly for the younger generation. There were older generation there too (like myself). A week is plenty long enough (in my opinion) as it's 99% bars and eating establishments, with not much other entertainment. Ideal for short breaks like stag/hen parties etc

For the older traveller those no.longer wanting night clubs etc but happy to enjoy the lovely bars and restaurants best to visit from October until around end of April. Magaluf has beautiful beaches and lovely areas of trees and parkland. The bars, cafes and restaurants cater for most people taste. A lovely typical Spanish restaurant is JB (opposite BCM) which is open all year round offering a variety of Spanish and English food at a good price. Service is great and staff are bi lingual and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area as they are native mallorcans.

Its a very noise destination full with cheap tourists who drink and party a lot. Restaurants are cheap and low quality. The only proper supermarket is ALDI. Other supermarkets are only selling alcohol and snacks.

We stayed for 5 days Monday-Friday with three children ages 6-10. We found Magaluf perfect for us as they have a lovely beach, good choice of restaurants, lots of local shops and it is a short 20 minute taxi ride from the airport which is enough with children :)
The weather was lovely, even in the 35 degree heat we managed to spend our time at the pool or the beach, then between the hotter hours of the day, we went inside.
We loved walked over to Palma Nova in the evenings also, it is a nice walk to take in the night when it is cooler.
There were a few excersions available although we did not choose to go on any this time, but the waterpark looked good and the boat to see dolphins.

I was really surprised with Magaluf. Sure there were hen and stag parties but if you stay away from the party strip there is so much more to offer.
It is a really beautiful place and the restaurants are fantastic. Our favourite was Bondi Beach which was exceptional.
The hotel location is spot on a hill, it's clean and well decorated, the bed has a gd mattress, lift into the beach area, bit grubby area on the beach, but handy for the walk up that steep hill. Breakfast was hit or miss. No set standard of food items.
Location gives you choice of various beaches As both bays face opposite ea other. Posh,or cheap..

The breakfast was awesome! I lot of options of food, snacks and drinks, everything so fresh. Many options for who just want relax at the hotel, indoor activities and a nice pool area.
It’s a really nice location in Magaluf for those who really like to party. So many options for restaurants and drinks with a nice music.
The views of the property were beautiful! Being on a cliff, you get to see the sea everywhere you walk through the hotel. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we ever had - lots of choice! The drinks at the sky bar and pool bar were also very good. The room was clean and more spacious than expected. The staff were also very kind and helpful.
The hotel is situated right on the beautiful beach of Magaluf, splendid place to stay!
The beach is lined with very nice and very cozy bars and restaurants with delicious meal and drinks! About the hotel itself - the room was quite big, we had a breathtaking view to the sea, balcony, enough space to store our clothes, shoes and everything.
This was my partner and I's first holiday post-pandemic and we had a great time! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff super friendly. Great location in between Magaluf and Palmanova. We had a car, so appreciated the secure parking. The pool looked awesome and can imagine it would be a great party when the hotel got busier!
Kids facilities are just perfect! The staff was helpful and the rooms were nice and cleaning was every day. As for food there was a wide choice and we could easily find what we like. Hotel offered nice animation and sometimes offered Soft Play open for kids, while the parents could enjoy the animations. Te pool was very nice and tidy.
Lovely and helpful staff, the hotel is very clean. Very good breakfast and dinner, lots of options to choose from. Swimming pool area is very well organized, the pool is cleaned up every single morning. The room was big enough with a very comfortable bed. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gots more breathtaking when we saw our room with a wonderful sea view. Also, the breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Magaluf.

Best value for money place! The location was perfect and Magaluf beach was reachable by walk in 15min. Breakfast was quite decent and included wide variety of choices. The staff was very welcoming and facilities were great!
Nice hotel. Food is virtually inedible. Absolutely terrible. 20 of us all bad. Nice pool area. Need more toilets because my mate Paul has been shitting like a chocolate fountain for the last two days!
All inclusive was excellent - great food and a wide selection of beverages available. Best of all however was that all the staff were lovely and really helpful. Would recommend!
Beautiful hotel, nice beach. Very comfortable stay. A storm destroyed a lot of the outside property on one day and everything was back in place the next day.
