The host himself was kind and waited for our late arrival (flight arrival was 11pm) and handed over the keys. Was also very patient and guided us at length about the facilities and neighborhood.

This hotel is perfectly positioned in Bilbao, and I had opportunities to visit around easily by walking.
Room is quite little and without really big pros.
Wifi did NOT worked as meant.
Personnel is really present and supportive.

The two staff / owner of the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful! We came an hour earlier than expected, they welcomed us in and helped us settled in no time. They also helped us to call and book for an early morning taxi to the airport for our flight next day. The property was clean and comfortable. There is a family run restaurant nearby, Batzoki de Loiu with equally friendly people and comfort food.
