The host himself was kind and waited for our late arrival (flight arrival was 11pm) and handed over the keys. Was also very patient and guided us at length about the facilities and neighborhood.

Everything about our stay was excellent from check-in to departure. The food was superb, the room wonderful and all staff friendly and incredibly helpful. There was also no extra charge for us leaving our car in the parking slot until 4.00pm because of a change in our ferry times. We're booking up again for a return visit in September. Location was perfect. Kevin the trainee on the front desk was excellent, friendly and professional. Maria on the other hand was extremely rude and unhelpful. Kevin should give her some training.

Breakfast was quite ok, location is great, sound isolation is also very decent.
Situated in Santurce, a 5-minute walk from its train station, Hotel URH Palacio de Oriol offers soundproofed rooms with air conditioning, heating, and free WiFi.
The two staff / owner of the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful! We came an hour earlier than expected, they welcomed us in and helped us settled in no time. They also helped us to call and book for an early morning taxi to the airport for our flight next day. The property was clean and comfortable. There is a family run restaurant nearby, Batzoki de Loiu with equally friendly people and comfort food.
