Equidistant between Guggenheim and old town. Good sized and clean room with good facilities and comfortable bed and bedding. Problem with the air conditioning was quickly resolved.

A great neighbourhood to experience authentic life in another country and culture. Weekends are festive in the area with lots of activity at the local bars and cafes. Not many tourists around though... more elderly population noticeable.
As for the location, there was very less delivery companies around (like just 1 :) ). Finding food or restaurant after 18:00 was a bit difficult. Derio is a small district however most of the technological companies are there. So at the working hours there was no problem however for dinner you have to have a car to go and eat. Or you just have to take the same restaurant beside the facility.
Another problem was the mosquitos around. At one night I just killed 8 of them.

Close to airport. Shuttle was convenient for a very early flight. This is the main reason to choose this hotel. Otherwise, the ride from city center is short enough that you can stay in a more pleasant downtown hotel next to attractions and good restaurants.
The staff were really nice, and very helpful with any questions.
The accommodations were clean and very comfortable.
The hotel area was in a quiet area.

Booking and communication was easy and good.
The room was clean, modern, and quiet. There was ample free parking on site. The hotel itself was in a cool, historic seminary building. The shower had great water pressure. Outlets were located on the nightstands.
This hotel has exactly what is needed for an overnight stay before catching an early flight: clean and comfortable room with necessary facilities, good breakfast and short distance to the airport.
We stayed to be near the airport as we had a very early flight. Wonderful location and the hotel has contracted Taxi service as a shuttle to the airport in the AM.
Clean, no frills hotel 3 min drive to the airport. They have they own shuttle, but we had our rental car and didn’t need it. Nice breakfast and friendly stuff.
