The check in was fast, efficient and friendly receptionists. The common areas looked comfy. There was a locked room for the luggage. We had a lovely view, the room was pleasant enough and the brunch had a decent amount lf options in comparison to other places.

Very nice hotel. About 7-8 min to walk to the beach. The bus stop to get to/from the airport of Palma city center just near the hotel. I had breakfast and dinner. Both were not bad. But you have to pay for the drinks during dinner. Some of the guests (not me :) were trying to bring their own drinks to dinner or to make sandwiches and get them away during breakfast and staff was fighting those attempts - it was a bit funny. WiFi was ok. Relatively good price/quality ratio

Good location with relaxing surroundings. The room was well cleaned and was wide enough for two persons.
Even though it's a big hotel it's fast to get to the rooms using either the stairways or the elevators.
