I'm glad I booked in this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful with all smiles. The food has lots of varieties. There's lots of activities, parties.... etc. I got surprised by a cake and fruit basket during my birthday. The pool is awesome with artificial falls. The beach is nice. Not to mention the unlimited alcoholic drinks. The landscape of plants, trees, grass are all beautiful. The rooms are so relaxing. I feel so welcomed in this hotel.

For me, it was the first time in Sharm El Sheikh. I absolutely loved the snorkling in the reefs by the hotel. Met many beautiful fish and colourful corals. Crystal clear waters. 🐠🐟 Many beautiful palmtrees and birdlife. Your choice of hotel means a lot, because Sharm el Sheikh itself is not very interesting or historically kept in any way. Even the Old market, is not very "old" or charming at all. But they have good products for sale. Like fake handbags etc. However, it's a hassle to make a good bargain, as they want to sell 3, if you ask for 1. And 5 if you accept 3. 😆 Be firm and know your taxi prices. Always tip everyone at least 100 pounds for any gesture or help etc. Leave tip in room every day. Purchase a WiFi SIMcard, and download WhatsApp. Do not eat fish that is not properly cooked💩🤮. No icecubes. Wash and sanitize hands! Drink plenty of water, eat salted nuts and fresh foods. And enjoy the hot sun with SPF 50+. Enjoy! I'll be back. 🏝️🌺🫶🏼🐟🐠🌞🌠🐈

Sharm is very touristy.
Sharm is very touristy. If you do any outings, scuba or other, you end up in big groups that join other tours in big groups, in the same location - very busy. If you stay in your hotel space or your allowed beach (you aren't apparently allowed to walk on the beach or walkway past your hotel property), then it's nice and relaxing. I wouldn't come here if you're a busy body, if you just want beach with a stunning clear water (and super close snorkeling), and don't mind lots of people, this is a good place.

Very nice and very comfortable hotel. All inclusive The room was very clean and big and air conditioned. A lot of swimming pools and restaurants. The aqua park is nice. The meals are special and tasty. Bravo chef. The staff is perfect, the service is fast and you got the VIP fillings.
The beach is wonderful and filly equipped. Meals drinks, towels, jacuzzi, cold beers. The reef is amazing. I have only one complaint, some of the restaurants do not have air conditions, believe me it is not nice in hot weather.
Mohamed Elgomasy, the receptionist was so helpful despite we had a little issue due to booking.com. Mohamed managed it so well for us that he arranged us the best apartment with a pool view with all the amenities due to small inconvenience. Mohamed was so polite and courteous and he made sure he explained the issue to his reservation very well so thanks to him. Hotel was very good all around due to private beach and access to Aqua park and food was amazing with all inclusive package.
The best hotel if you don't like "all inclusive", but love the vibe of hotels for "students travellers from the world".
The location is very good from the sea perspective. 7 meters, and you can snorkel all day. 10 mins from a certified PADI diving centre - once you become tired of snorkel, you can start certification for diving :) (Please allocate at least 3-4 days for it).
For any other locations, you need to use a taxi, what is mitigated by the price of the hotel.
The hotel was nice and cozy with an amazing view each day. The staff was nice and friendly and willing to help. If you tip the helpers, they will make sure you are taken care of. I love the adult only pool where you can swim to the bar and relax at the pool. The bartenders at the bar inside of the lobby makes awesome drinks, and very friendly. You can walk to Naama Bay from the hotel if you take a shortcut through the mall, but it takes about 20 minutes.
I would give the hotel a glowing 5 out of 5 stars! The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and spotless, offering a perfect retreat after a busy day. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. this structure looks more like a large barracks than a 5 star hotel, the restaurant looks like a large company canteen, with little variety of low quality food, but what I found unacceptable is the poor cleanliness of the room, even the presence of dozens of people in the room of mosquitoes, impossible to sleep during the night, except for the care of the gardens, and the coral reef, and the view
Location, view and facilities: this hotel considers to be the biggest hotel in Sharm and it deserves its reputation, even though the hotel now is just a 4 stars hotel but it operates as if it is a 5 stars one.
Staff from Mr. Gamal of the reception team along Ms.Basma from relation team and all other stuff were very friendly and worked our requests as soon as we request something.
The property has lots to say offer, many pools events and activities. Staying at Rixos- Ultra All Inclusive Adults only, permits you access to its neighbouring hotel which is family oriented. Its main attraction is the water park!
Restaurants, the neighbouring hotel and pools across the resort were all accessible! Buggies picked you up and dropped you off

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Everything is kept clean, staff are friendly, gardens are pristine, beach is clean and the golf carts make it easy to get around especially if you are older and infirm. There is a good selection of food and speciality restaurants and snacks in the room for all inclusive.
