Our stay was exceptional, the staff was very friendly specially Mr. Ahmed Galal was above and beyond our expectations. All staff were making sure that our stay was perfect. The beach life guards Mohamed Tag and Mahamed Mahmoud were very nice and helpful.

I almost feel guilty raving about this place because even though Egyptians know about it and have been coming for decades, there are relatively few foreign tourists. This has allowed Marsa Matruh to retain its unique cultural authenticity, with its delightful Bedouin hospitality and scrupulously honest people. I hope it won't be invaded soon by too many foreign tourists. Avoid coming in July and August. The best months are May, early June, September and October. It's simply paradise.

If you care about the quality of stay you need to visit private beaches yet expect not to be satisfyingly served
Water facilities are not the best too
If you like local markets you will like the city if not i don't recommend as it's too crowded in high seasons

Avoid in summer.
Avoid in summer. Best beaches ever, but try in September end, as in summer it gets super crowded, annoying and not enjoyable at all. City needs lot of development and investors to build nice and affordable resorts.

Mârșa Matruh is dead in the winter months so there's not a great selection locally but in the town ...
Very comfortable and spacious apartment with good hot water and facilities.
Local bus to the town centre is just outside. Taxis everywhere.
Friendly staff( and children). Ahmed gave me a lift to the bus station. Twice. Because of a mix up( timings change on Friday and to be sure of a seat get to the minibus in good time).

The hotel has good location, almost by main road and near to the sea. The room was nice and large, we get one with big livingroom. Personal was great, especially the hotel manager on reception, he was really kind and helped us with everything and was perfectly taking care of us during our stay. He managed for us trips around Matruh. Wifi signal was perfect. Tasty oriental breakfast. Beautiful view from balcony! We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this hotel to every traveler.
Alamaza bay is one of the best beaches on the North coast. Crystal clear, calm, and long stretch of white sand.
jazz Tamerina is a pretty nice one …I think best in value in all of complex, yet to try Almazino

The staff needs more training about welcoming and accommodating students the guests. There was booking’s error from the vendor however the manager could not give any partial credit even though something like that could be accommodated easily in UsS hotels. Caring about bringing the client back was not of any concern.
Spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings, calm, wonderful restaurants, excellent staff and cleanliness. Can access other Jazz hotels on the same beachfront, facilities are truly excellent, many things to do in the evening and lovely long walks on the main connecting beachfronts.
Everything looks very clean, the hotel should be just opened, many swimming pools, the hotel is stacked multiple buildings, most places can see the sea, the buffet is very rich, the service is very thoughtful, I would like to go again if there is a chance

When you step in any of the Jaz hotels in Almaza bay, you leave the rest of the world behind. You’re on a different time zone where time stops and give way to serenity, calm and freedom
The hotel is very well located and walking distance to the beach. Emad is simply the best person I’ve met in Matrouh, he went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was pleasant.
