We stayed at cleopatra for a long period of time for work purposes, the staff were so good at looking after us and no request was too big. Everyone on holiday seemed to be having a great time. Beautiful beaches and plenty of space and pools to choose from. Highly recommended

The resort is in a great location, right on the beach. However it’s also just a short walk to nicer beaches and the tourist attractions of Cleopatra Beach. The service was great, especially in the restaurant. The manager was amazing, always making sure I had everything I needed. The receptionist was lovely too. The view from the balcony was amazing

Location was a bit difficult to find, but this was not the matter. Beautiful sea view , but NOT BEACHFRONT as advertised. Nice swimming pool, good design, friendly staff ) Everything is new and nice. Breakfast was very good !

Having a cart to take us around because our health wouldn't allow us to get around. All the employees were great especially "Ahmad" serving on the beach and Ahmad at the reception desk.
Staff perfect, location nice, comfortable place, not far from the beach . Special thanks to engineer Sara, very helpful and she makes us feel like we are at home.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations (and I have stayed in many hotels with different price ranges around the world). Exceptionally helpful staff who helped us (me and my family of 4) organize transport, find restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is kept in a period style from the 50-60ies (I think), and is very well maintained (I really hope that this original style will be preserved in the future). The breakfast was sumptuous, with lots of food. The location is great, short walks to the seaside and the central parts of the town.
