We received on request a quiet room on the garden side of the building. The size of the room was ok, but we also travelled with small amount of luggage. The breakfast was very nice with cold and warm dishes, coffee and juice. We probably ate the best bread in this hotel during our one week travel in Easter time. The best was though the friendliness and customer oriented staff who kindly heated the sauna for us on request. We really liked that. We parked in the underground parking of the hotel. We drive a SUV and the garage was ok in that regard. The price was very reasonable.

Huge room. Quiet location. Good parking. Comfy beds. Interesting building which was once part of a US army facility. Breakfast was good. Some free drinks in the mini bar.

Worms is a city of historical significance, severely battered by WW2. The cathedral is impressive, the role Worms played in European Medieval history left some traces, and the city prides itself in the references made to it in the Nibelungen-legend. There is a monument commemorating the trial against Marten Luther in 1520, and the nice river front has a Nibelungen sculpture. This is a good one-day or mid-day stop-over for tourist with a deep interest in German and European history. But bear in mind that the area is rich in cities that offer similar significance but somehow have withstood the teeth of time a bit better

The city suffered greatly from the bombing in 1941-45, so the ensembles of the old streets did not survived there. But all important buildings are in the excellent condition. The cathedral is magnificent!

We hoped to see a beautifull city with one of the oldest cathedrals in Europe on our way back home. The cathedral is there already but around it a lot of concrete is visible. A real city center with restaurants does strange enough not exist.

lovely little city with so much history!
lovely little city with so much history! Jazz & Joy was a great festival and I would recommend it. Lovely atmosphere.
We also managed a train trip to a night club in Mainz without any problems. Worms is well situated to explore the wider area.
The location is ideal--right at the beginning of the main shopping street and just a block from the cathedral! They have a small, secure parking garage, directly behind the hotel, which we were able to use for free. The beds were firm and the shower was hot! Breakfast was a small buffet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even checked us in immediately, though we arrived during their afternoon break.
We loved the breakfast overlooking the Rhine river. When the hotel learned that we were stranded due to a railway strike, they immediately made arrangements for us to spend an extra night. We really liked having a kitchenette. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating!
Breakfast very nice. View from hotel excellent, just on the water. Once staff could be located they were very friendly and helpful. Fish at dinner time was not very good.
Parking was difficult..... especially during dinner time. No parking was allocated for hotel guests.
Cheap and cheerful. Good location. Not very modern but quaint old style hotel. If you don't have super high expectations then you will be pleasantly surprised by this hotel. No A/C but 2 fans and a secure garage for bike storage. I would stay here again.
The proprietor is so kind and sweet; the comfort of her guests is so important to her. The Worms Cathedral is right outside the window! Excellent safe and covered bike storage. (And I noticed there was an array of outlets for the e-bike crowd!)
Had a great stay here after landing nearby at Frankfurt Airport. The hotel was exceptionally well kept and the surrounding area was worth exploring. The breakfast in the morning was very good and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended
The hotelowner was incredibly funny and welcoming, and had great advice on where to eat(even on a Monday!) The room was lovely and airconditioned, with a lovely view of the cathedral. All in all we really enjoyed our stay
