It was by far the easiest property to find and get into, stress free!
Round the corner from all the local tourist bits-waterfall, town centre and world's biggest cuckoo clock.
Loads of toiletries, coffee and odd bits you may find useful such as washing up liquid, cooking oil etc.

The location was perfect over the hill and very close to the city center- Triberg, around 2km. You can take your car or go for a walk. You get a nice view of the hills from the house. Perfect for a family with kids.
The hosts were very good and kind to talk to us about the sightseeing points and plans. They are easily approachable and helpful.
We would surely like to stay here when we plan another visit to Triberg.

Black forest cake (don't say Gateau, they don't call it that!) is well worth trying if you have a sweet tooth - Adler's is our favourite
Cuckoo clock shops are worth a visit, amazing how much goes into them
We would have liked a full day there to also do the museums etc.

It is good for walks and family time together.
It is good for walks and family time together. The Triberg waterfall walk through helps me reconnect with myself and nature. The swimming pool is a good place for the entire family to have a picnic and swim or play around.

Triberg is nice small town can easily reach attractions of black forest from here. Few minutes walk to the highest water fall in Germany, Several hiking trails vis black forest
Konus card is helpful with the commuting around back forest free of charge from busses and trains.

Only truly interesting thing about the town of Triberg are...
Only truly interesting thing about the town of Triberg are the waterfalls. Other than that, the place has been spoiled by the overly touristy, quasi-Disneyland feel. The are much prettier and more interesting villages to visit in the Black Forest than this. On the other hand, it’s a good base if what you want to do is go hiking. Natural surroundings are great.

So many cool things to do and see in Triberg.
So many cool things to do and see in Triberg. We walked up to the main waterfall, strolled the main street, and bought a nice cookoo clock, designed and hand carved in shop. At night we parked on a back road under the stars and enjoyed no light pollution, taking in the amazing night sky view! Definitely recommend a visit to this Schwarzwald town!

The waterfall is worth the climb, and great that it's included in the guest card issued by the hotel. We also visited the Black Forest museum, which was interesting, although unfortunately our German wasn't good enough to read much of the information with the exhibits. The scenery is lovely.
Very cozy and clean apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Free parking is just near the house. The kitchen was well equipped, there was also a washing machine. The host provided clear check-in instructions.
Good location (not far from waterfalls).
We were given a guest card that allowed free entry for the whole family to the waterfalls, Schwarzwaldmuseum and other museums in Triberg.

In our opinion, Hotel offers good simple rooms with necessary amenities, great view from Balcony, very helpful staff at a perfect location for staying in Triberg.
The view from the balcony! Can't asked for more. And for the rate we paid for its really one of the most valued for money room I had stayed in through my Germany holiday.
