-As it is a old historic buillding there is no elevator for upstairs access but it was no problem for me to use large wooden stairs
-Reception only open limited time in the morning and afternoon. It was also not a problem for me to get in to hotel with additional key near the room key

Due the road work and our lost on motorway 5 min after my booking I try to cancel transaction as we realise we are 200 km from hotel and need to return back to this hotel but hotel administration told me they will not do refund as they don’t want to loose 100 pounds. We couldn’t return and didn’t stay there.
