Start with the simple and friendly check-in. Then eBay out-of the way and in the world's, and really small village, expected simplicity. Opened the door and re checked thinking I was in an upscale hotel, causing 3 times the price. Adjustable lights, cable TV, music cd player, internet easily simple password to connect and strong signal. Stand for suitcase( many hotels costly allot more, don't have this) brush to wipe shies before climbing stairs to your room. Then there is a small bar and uniquely decorated restaurant with half decent menu. Many other hotels or pension need to stay at this place! Highly recommend!

Remote location was the main reason we selected this place to stay. It was away from big cities but close enough if you wanted to travel into the city. Balcony sitting overlooks the countryside and very relaxing.
Small, quiet village where you can sleep in and upon waking your breakfast would be ready....with coffee to sit on the balcony.
Hostess (Jenny) was friendly and shared some local attractions.

Don't try to find an open restaurant on Mondays, you'll be disappointed. People are very nice and the restaurant "Am Weiher" is great! The barefoot park sucks. There're plenty of thistles in the grass where you're supposed to walk. I can't recommend it.
Very comfortable beds, we slept very well. Great location, quiet, very charming building and super friendly staff. You can start nice walks right from the hotel. Just follow the old railroad track and you'll hit some nicely marked trails. Environmentally friendly: had to specify what we wished for breakfast in advance the night before (perhaps only temporarily) so no food gets wasted. Since it was Easter we got painted Easter eggs as a surprise :-)
Amazing hotel. Used as a stopover after a late arrival in Frankfurt Hahn airport - wished we could have spent more time there! Staff were really helpful and friendly
