This newly renovated hotel is a real gem! The bed was the most comfortable we have had in Europe. The property is on the edge of the Black Forest and gorgeous. Breakfast buffet had all we could ask for and was constantly replenished as guests ate. Easy walk to town, which exceeded our expectations! Wish we could have stayed several days.

I’m on a 20 day roadtrip around Europe and booked hotels for one night in each city I end up at night and this was hands down the best

Great for a stop over or longer. Comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff -our waitress for the evening meal was great and a real asset to the hotel. Lots of walks on the doorstep -free map from the close by tourist office. Our evening meal was great. After 40years of eating poorly cooked vegetables in Europe the chef here is clearly on top of his game. The food was excellent.
