It is very deceiving when you book the hotel as there are two hotels with the same name I was under impression that I booked the one close to terminal 2. It was close to terminal 5. We figured it out how to get to terminal 2 from this location and it was not that bad we just had to use s-ban. Other that that everything was perfect. I had to change my accommodation from 2 people to 3 and the hotel did it without any problems they also let us check in earlier which was a huge bonus for us

Loved that I could easily WALK to the airport for an early morning flight. But also, it was very quiet, peaceful, clean, plus the most comfortable bed, pillows & bedding. Staff were all friendly & I had a great meal in the restaurant.

Public transportation in Berlin was easy to figure out and allowed us to move around and see what we wanted easily. End of Sept was a good time to visit weather wise. Not too hot, not too cold. No trouble getting into the museums and places we wanted to see. No trouble finding good places to eat. We spent two full days but could have easily spent more.

To be the perfect place must make meniu for restaurant with more options .we don't eat pork and was good if we find also chiken(but little variaty for for food).And one advise was many people how was staying in the hotel and go outside to smoke is nice if u have one room special for the people how smoke to don't stay in the road .Hotel is perfect very nice ,clean and staff very friendly ! I will come again

I just re-booked for the full price of an overnight in the...
I just re-booked for the full price of an overnight in the coming week, but would only use the hotel room to freshen up (& dinner) for a few hours, before continuing the journey home in Denmark. I requested a couple of hours early check-in after arriving from our flight from Sicily, considering that paying full price for a few hours stay, and would like to use the room until 21:00. Unfortunately the hotel required an additional 30€. I am very disappointed, considering that we are vacating the room the same day.

This was an extremely nice hotel within 5 minutes walking to the BER terminal. It enabled me to easily make my early morning flight back to the US. There was nothing negative to say about this property at all.

Very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier, at 10 am, greeted by a very friendly receptionist who helped us to carry the luggage into the room. He also offered us a cot for our baby to sleep in. The room is bright, spacious, and sparkly clean, with a very comfortable bed and all essential furniture. We had a great stay. Although Motel Plus doesn't have a lobby or restaurant services, another hotel nearby offers a great breakfast buffet and serves coffee and drinks all day.

I wouldn't go to this place for reasons other than taking a flight. There is nothing around in he Terminal 5 area is also very badly signed in terms of indications for tourists, including public transport.
good hotel, newly built so new & tidy rooms, staff was lovely and they also serve food till 10PM. they stored my luggage till my flight. hotel is right next to a bus stop so if you're alone you can take a bus from the airport to the hotel till 8 PM. The vibe was fantastic inside the hotel with a lovely sitting area downstairs with a bar/food. did not utilise the gym but looked good too.
Good walking access from the nearby train/bus hub of "Schönefeld Airport T5" - a nice relic of when -this- was the actual airport. Maybe three blocks' walk, on good sidewalk with street crossing signals. Good place to stay for quick trips to the capital city - took about 30 minutes to get from Neukölln to the hotel via the U7, changing to the X7 bus at U Rudow.
The main problem with this hotel is that for check-in after 22:00 CET you should have local simcard or any simcard for calling the host. (I had data-only and hopefully I have a friend in Berlin who called for me)
The hotel itself is perfect for 1 night stay (for 2(3) persons: there are 2 beds). It took me 40min walking from and to the BER airport.
Very clean and comfortable inexpensive hotel based about 10 minutes bus ride from Berlin Airport T1 and T2, though after about 9pm the buses stop, but taxis easily available. Standard European style buffet breakfast, with plenty for all tastes. Great base for an overnight stay before an early flight. Like a UK Travelodge but cleaner!
Very easy to get to the airport, there are plenty of busses running there. The check in is really relaxed, there is a locker with the key so it is possible to get in any time. The staff is pretty responsive in messages. The area around is sweet and rural. There is a microwave in the hotel and the kettle in the room.
It was ok for a one-night stay. Not far from the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle, however, it’s a bit too pricey for such a short ride (20€).
Tip: you can reach the hotel/airport by bus number 735, 736, or 734. It costs 1,70€ if you go from/to Berliner Straße. The bus station is very close to the hotel.
They said there is a free parking garage neaby .. but also we arrived on weekend and the parkings in front of the hotel were free so it was very easy to park the car there and so many slots were available.
Also very close to the highway without going through Berlin traffic.

The Steigenberger Airport hotel really is directly by the Berlin airport. It's brand new, clean and well equipped.
Our room was spacious with a beautiful shower, mini fridge, TV and comfortable double bed.
On the fifth floor is a little fitness and spa area the we happily used and sincerely enjoyed.
Arrived at the airport and could not tell me where to get the shuttle.
2 different intercity hotel finally found some who knew ,waited for 1 1/2 hours and nothing took a taxi I book with breakfast when I got there they said no to tired to argue recepcionist has no customer service knowledge.

The location was right next to the Berlin airport. Which was perfect for us since we had a 0600 flight. The hotel was very new and modern looking. The lobby bar and restaurant were very convenient and efficient.
