Everyone at HW I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs still hot along with coffee. Variety of meats, bread and a lovely chocolate chip cake I had forgotten how good German breakfasts are.

We had an excellent stay in the Free apartment in Reutlingen. The room is spacious and light, the bed is very comfortable and much bigger that it seems in the photos! The kitchenette is well equipped for basic cooking, and the snacks and breakfast food provided were much appreciated. The location is great if you want to stay in central Reutlingen or visit the area. There are shops, restaurants and services nearby. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.
Very nice and clean, family-owned hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who want to make sure you're having a great stay. My room was very nice and clean, the beds were adequate and I slept well (I just wish hotels would have newer and more comfortable memory-foam mattresses in general). The shower was small for me as a bigger dude but it all worked out to my satisfaction. Really enjoyed the breakfast!

The hotel has a superb location at the top of a hill with fantastic views of Reutlingen and the surrounding area. The rooms were well-appointed and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There is an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is in a basement garage with a lift to reception and rooms
The ambiance when you arrive the hotel its so calming and the design of the hotel is very nice. And the receptionists both night and day shift are very helpful and nice. We love the stay in Riku even if its 1 night. We will coming back whenever we are around. Highly recommended!

Comfortable apartment close to the train and bus stations, in the very center of Reutlingen. Key collection was super easy. Andreas has really clear instructions for everything, which may be needed. It is very clean in the apartment and everything works perfectly.
The gym and pool area were great even if a couple gym equipment (one of them being the leg press, unfortunately) and not all saunas or spa areas were functional.
Breakfast was nothing exceptional but good.
We would gladly stay again.
I have stayed her ebefore. It is comfortable enough and I like the sauna facility. Unfortunately i did not have time to use it this time. The food in the restaurant was good but there were not many vegetables on offer.
The hotel is in a great location and close to everything. Breakfast was really good and the chef was very kind to me. I needed help getting a taxi and moving my luggage around and the staff was very helpful.
