We had a great stay in the appartment with private garden and an amazing view! The rooms were big and comfy, as was the well equiped kitchen. Beautiful drive up through the wine fields and very central in the Mosel-area near Zell (where there are very good restaurants!) :)

The apartment is very spacious and complete. As the proverbial cherry on top of the cake was the big wine cooler filled with delicious and very affordable wines made by the owner's winery. The gas barbecue was also a very nice surprise.

Reil is a quiet village on the banks of the Moselle.
Reil is a quiet village on the banks of the Moselle. Friendly people abound and there is a wide range of eating places. The boats stop there so there are many opportunities to tour on the river. The river is busy with freight traffic so one can simply sit and watch the world go by, literally. Yet the river is calm and ideal for water sports.
It's not a hostel, it's a Guesthouse in the best style of classic Thailand: cheap, clean, and convenient. You get to stay in an historic house in a pretty wine village reached by a panoramic small train for long ago prices. The host really cares about the place and it shows. Bathrooms are shared, and don't expect a hotel, but everything is well done.
The place was very well situated in a quiet area on the border of Reil town with a lovely view of the Mosel river and valley. The host was extremely nice and welcoming. Breakfast was also very rich and tasty and the room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable and we also had a balcony overseeing the Mosel Valley.
Lovely riverside hotel. We had a very warm and friendly welcome from Britta who was very knowledgeable of the area. We had Room 1 which was a nice room that overlooked the river. The staff and very professional and friendly and we would definitely consider this property again on our next visit.
Reil is a beautiful village, and this is the most beautiful place to stay!!! Cozy, clean , friendly staff, tasty breakfast, just cros the road and you are at the river!
We had a great time there, clean and nice rooms, parking place for our car, easy to reach!
Very friendly staff. The room was great. Breakfast was good. The local wine they produce was delicious!
We were on a bike tour and could store our bikes opposite the hotel under cover (but not a locked room, so you need to lock the bikes).
Check-in on arrival was very friendly and well-prepared.
Breakfast buffet was very nice and the restaurant served great food for diner.
Location of the hotel is great - overlooking the river on the one side and vineyards on the other.
