The hotel is located directly at the Basteibrücke and lends itself as a starting point for various hikes around the Elbsandsteingebirge. It's also a short drive from other nature monuments such as the Schrammsteine as well as the city of Dresden.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, the view from the breakfast room as well as the 'Bergblick' rooms is spectacular.
The hotel virtually meets the four stars quality, because this is modern, cosy, clean, you find everything what you need. But...
The breakfast is very rich and high quality.
Lohmen located very near to Bastei, Königstein, Pirna, Dresden, therefore ideal starting point for visiting cultural and natural places.
