It’s the perfect spot for a quiet getaway in the Black Forest. Unfortunately the Werner Michelin restaurant was closed on the Monday and Tuesday we were there. But we had dinner at their Schlossschanke restaurant and the food was fantastic. Top service award goes to Julia who served us at Schlossschanke. My husband is lactose intolerant and she made sure his dinner was dairy free.
The area is also a great spot for walking.

Location was good parking for the motorcycle was good as I had a camera. Staff was lovely especially the one in the evening.

I loved visiting Loffenau and only wish we would have stayed a few more days. I definitely plan to visit again. There are lots of hiking trails and beautiful scenery. Lots of natural attractions in the town and easy to navigate.
