Everyone at HW I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs still hot along with coffee. Variety of meats, bread and a lovely chocolate chip cake I had forgotten how good German breakfasts are.

Everything was wonderful. We had a perfect view of the castle from our room, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the spa was comfortable and relaxing. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff was wonderful. We interacted with a few members of the Winter family, as well as a server at the restaurant. Everyone was kind and helpful. The rooms were very big, the windows and balconies showed the beautiful surroundings. Two of us are vegan and there were great options at breakfast, as well as a couple options on the dinner menu. We will definitely stay here again.
