New, clean, wonderful staff especially Michelé and Julian. Rooms were very quiet, clean and decent size. Easy to get off and on autobahn as it is right on it but you wouldn’t know so quiet rooms were. Beds were comfortable as well. Breakfast included with all rooms. 20-25 mins walk to the beautiful center square and cathedral.

The location was excellent. It was a ten-minute walk from the train station straight down the street to the hotel, which is sitting right next to the Porta Nigra (one of the most important sites in Trier). It is also at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Perfect for someone arriving by train, but they also have free parking if you come by car. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of options, and there is no problem getting gluten-free options. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great value.

The location was great -- Very close to the Thermal baths & maybe a two mile walk to the Porta Nigra. Staff was so friendly. We used the free bikes one day to get around and they made everything more convenient.

I love the location of the hotel as well as the neighborhood. It was close to all the main sights and attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The best thing was my airport bus stop was literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. I took a bus that went straight to the Luxembourg airport which only costed 3 euros!

Room 107 has a balcony and quite a nice view. Our room (108) also had an outstanding panoramic view. There is a lovely trail, in the forest, that makes for a nice peaceful walk Additionally, there is free mineral water supplied by the hotel and although there is no restaurant, there is the possibility to purchase beverages on site.
