When we arrived in Munich by train, it was raining. We were lucky that the hotel is located right across the street from the station. The check-in process was quick, and the girl at the reception was very attentive and even helped us to choose a good authentic restaurant in the city. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a nice compliment from hotel, my favorite dessert macarons (I don't know how they guessed, but they hit the bullseye. I love chocolate and pistachio macarons specifically😄) and a personalized note with good wishes. Attention to these details always pleases. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions in the Old Town. There are decent restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone.

Great location. Very close to a subway and 2 stops from the Central train station. 4 stops to the old town. Number of restaurants around and also a supermarket just next to the hotel.
The reception staff were very friendly and provided assistance when our trains were cancelled.

Everything! The location, the room, the facilities. The room was especially spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. I loved the unique angles of the room due to being on the top floor, and with 2 windows there was a refreshing breeze.

The room was lovely…very comfortable. I liked that there was a pantry on my floor and I think each for soft drinks, and there was a roof lounge space. I also love that there was a bar restaurant as the lobby. I checked in feeling like I came to a party. I loved that!!!
That the hotel is new makes it nice. It is near the Bio Campus convenient if you have business there, near the motorway but not right next to it, not too far from the city center if you have a car, but you can also take a bus to the u-bahn or walk 30mins through a beautiful forest to get to the u-bahn stop. The forest and the meadows around Martinsreid are great for runners. The hotel caters for vegan & gluten free diets. It is possible to sleep with the window open which is nice in summer. The rooms were nice & clean.
This hotel just opened and is not completely finished yet. They will have a spa and a rooftop with swimming pool, but they are currently building this. We traveled on a weekend, so we were not disturbed by any works. The breakfast was a really good buffet breakfast with a variety of food. The hotel has a designer look and feel, somewhat minimalist which one may like or not. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, at the limit of the city, but was safe. Although would not go for a walk there after nightfall.
