Everyone at HW I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs still hot along with coffee. Variety of meats, bread and a lovely chocolate chip cake I had forgotten how good German breakfasts are.

Great hotel. Near train station and city centre. Brand new. Excellent rooms. Good breakfast.
Plus were the free parking, the elevator and the size of the room, which was helpful while traveling with an infant. The general stay was better than what I expected, as hotels in Germany tend to disappoint.
The hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable.
There was a great choice for breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.
