Good location next to Berlin roundabout, some 1h car or train (S5 line) drive to Berlin. Comfortable, clean rooms. Silent and calm atmosphere. Personnel friendly and helpfull. Solid breakfast. We spent few fantastic days here on family Summer vacation visiting Berlin

The facilities were amazing, with the hotel positioned right next to the lake, with a pier to go swimming in the lake. Also, the wellness area was beautiful, with a good-size pool and a variety of saunas and steam rooms. We also loved the breakfast buffet, not overdone, but still with lots of variety for sweet and savoury.

Okish option near Berlin. Hard to rate the staff since I didn't meet anyone - it's a self-checking hotel. The self checking experience was complicated: first (2 weeks before) they confirmed I can have an early check-in, 2 days before I asked again and suddenly it was not possible, even better - I had to wait for my room after the check-in time (15 minutes).
Hotel had a good location for my purpose - triathlon in a city 10km away. If you wanna use it for Berlin, it's not the best location.
Comfort was ok, room was older but nice. Price was higher but this is Berlin (area).
