This newly renovated hotel is a real gem! The bed was the most comfortable we have had in Europe. The property is on the edge of the Black Forest and gorgeous. Breakfast buffet had all we could ask for and was constantly replenished as guests ate. Easy walk to town, which exceeded our expectations! Wish we could have stayed several days.

We came to spend the Easter weekend without any expectation. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful town and even more when someone told us there was going to be a Easter Monday Market. People were super friendly and great atmosphere. The drive from Munich was super easy, will come by again.
Breakfast was a good spread and delicious. The property is just a walk away from the nearest forest trail and also a nice walk to town for dinner. The view from the room is beautiful, the serenity around the area is perfect for a good deep rest. We could enjoy afternoon tea with home baked cakes after the walk at the cafe. The rooms seems newly renovated, very clean with amenities similar to that of a hotel. The owners are friendly. I would highly recommend this property.
