Büsum is very pretty with some cute stores. I think once Corona is over, it would be an excellent place to travel with kids. However it is extremely touristy and everything is overpriced. Also there isn’t a lot of culture to enjoy. Instead plan for cycling, walking or lazing on the beach.
I can particularly recommend the Kafferösterei and the tea house near by for an afternoon drink. The Wendejacke is an amazing clothes store, particularly if you like colourful or unusual clothes for women. All of these are outside the city center, which is where you find the real gold!

Büsum is a small fishing town with nice beach walk and many small fish and ice cream places. There are many interesting things to explore around the town, which makes it the perfect base for day trips.
Breakfast offer was very diversified, just to mention: jams, spreads (hummus!), salads, scrambled eggs, cakes, juices and many others.
Hotel is nicely located, in reasonable distance from Busum centre. This guarantees peace and quiet. One can relax in nice garden situated at the hotel's side or just go for a walk along a beach - it takes only few minutes to get to the sea from the hotel.
An excellent family managed hotel! All facilities in very good shape and maintained properly. Great wellbeing experience overall my stay. And the breakfast was just outstanding incredibly delicious with only fresh products and no plastic or even paper waste. Thank you!
This was a stop on our way home, we where surprised by the nice town. The centre was really cosy and cute and there was some kinda festival going on. The hotel itself was a little outdated but fine. Nice breakfast and good value for money.
The rooms are so cozy and comfortable. The bar area is so nice and relaxing. The restaurants are great. Been here several times and will look forward to go again, it is a great hotel lovely for relaxing.
