Great, diverse breakfast and a very attentious team.
The room was very spacy and comfy and we were happy to have the room with an extra bathroom (not with extra childreen's room).
The kitchen lacked a microwave but overall its very well equipped. The team even cared for my parents 50 wedding birthday. (Unfortunately not for our 2nd, which was on the same day but hey! what are 2 years of weddinig compared to 50, right!?)
It's a great place for staying and just a quick stroll from the city center far away. We will hopefully stay again for more wedding birthdays ^^

Overall excellent service and excellent quality. The reception was fantastic, we felt welcomed. The portier was super friendly and helpful, informative, and had a perfect touch on everything. Umbrellas were promptly supplied when they saw we were headed outside and it was raining.

I absolutely loved my stay at Jaumann’s Sudwind Sylt. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated with a great attention to detail. It had a lovely garden to relax in which you could use at anytime. The breakfasts were delicious and different each day. But above all all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and Gerrit and Elisa went above and beyond. And the island of Sylt is magical. I hired an electric bike which enabled me to see the whole island.
We spent a great weekend in this hotel. It is located in the central part of Sylt, close from Railway Station, but on the parallel street which is calm. The room was very clean, a big nice shower and bathroom. Hair dryer was on place. We had a coffee machine, tea, free sparkling water, towels and sleepers. Tv and wifi worked well and I like whole design of the room.
Ideally located between train station and city centre / main shopping road and the sea. The important places of Westerland are within walking distance. There are bakeries and nice restaurants nearby. Nicely equipped rooms. Included breakfast at a café in midtown worked well (bonus: they have extended hours there). Would book this place again.
Whenever I come back to Sylt for the Petro Surf Festival I like to stay at the Wyn. Strandhotel Sylt. There are better and more luxurious hotels on the island but this one tick all the boxes also when you are traveling with a slightly smaller budget. It's a great compromise, on the seafront bang in the center of Westerland.
Sylt is a beautifully Island. I absolutely loved it there! The hotel is good. Good breakfast, nice room, decent lobby. I liked the look of the hotel even though it is a bit outdated. Parking is available for around 18 euros per day and there are, at least while I was there, more than enough parking spaces available.
The Hotel is, in fact, a series of neighbouring properties. We had a beautiful thatched cottage - something off a picture postcard!
The location is perfect - 5 minutes by foot from the beach, the town centre and the railway station, with many restaurants nearby. And the hotel’s own restaurant is seriously good.
Great location and a comfortable bathroom with a heating and racks to hang towels (in many hotels in Westerland single rooms have extremely small bathrooms that are really difficult to use, so that's why I appreciate the "normal" size here where a grown-up person can actually move).

One of the best hotels on our tour. Very good location to explore the island. Clean, good bed, excellent breakfast (in the restaurant next door). We can also recommend the restaurant, it's a fusion restaurant with thai influences and cosy too. We really liked it!
The apartment is absolutely beautiful, right near the beach and very cosy. It was enough space for an individual traveler but could hold up to 2 persons. The property was very clean, great decor and very accessible. It's a great place to stay if visiting Sylt.

Overall the hotel is in a great location within quick walking distance to train station and beach right in the center of the town. The breakfast was pretty decent. The rooms were also fine.
Nice location, minutes to the beach and Westerland. Good size for two people that want separate rooms, one room is smaller, perfect for couple with kid for example. Great balcony.
