Everything but late check out costs. The property is nice and clean. Balcony could be better. Communication is quick and prompt.
Nice small town. Market square is quite pretty. There is large and beautiful catholic cathedral. It is an active church (services are available).
Ski areas are up to 30 minutes nearby (Pec, Janske Laznie, Mlade Buky). Try Karkonos beer!

A charming town well worth a look..
A charming town well worth a look..Make sure you visit Stachelberg which is about a 20 minute Bus ride..A must see also the Krakonos brewery a beer for 10 kc!!!!! And also the Restaurant nice garden to eat at....
Grat place for starting base for hiking. Near the beatiful lake, great, and more important tasty bar. Owners speak english, no problem to communicate.
House is big, for two of us it was more than enough. Nearest city is Trutnov, which has all you need to make some shopping, go for dinner or to the cafe.
Remember - if you are going with dog, it is no allowed to run without leash - there are no fences beetwen other houses.
Everything you need is in the hotel. Fitness, bowling, bar and restaurant. The food I had was lovely. I was able to store my bike within the premises. A Staff member spoke really good English, this made my stay much easier. The water pressure of the shower was outstanding and the water was scolding hot, fantastic!

Location was perfect, close to supermarket, trains and bus station (especially handy if you are planning to climb mountain near by) you can walk along the river and arrive at the old town in 5-10min.
It wasn't 5 star hotel but for the price, I thought it was good.
It is a very clean Hotel. Great employees and all in all great to stay there.
Breakfast gives a lot of fresh and tasty options. Its close enough to the city center to walk there. And gives also options to go shopping in nearby stores!

The location was perfect for all the shops and bars. The bathroom was lovely. The bed very comfortable Having an apartment instead of hotel helped alot because it rained the whole time we was there
Nicely located hotel around 10 minutes walk from railway station.
Breakfast was excellent, the normal starting time was a little late so the hotel arranged an earlier start.
1) The hotel is not a new building but fairly recently renovated.
2) I liked the the hotel's large spaces: parking lot, corridors, breakfast room

Excellent small hotel close to Trutnov railway station and town centre but in a quiet area. The room was large and comfortable with a good bathroom. Breakfast was good.
Its a big pension, perfect if you want to cycle in Trutnov trails. We had absolutely delicious breakfast! Our room was very big and comfortable, big beds and sofa.
