First of all, we liked the very friendly and helpful staff. Then the location of the hotel is also perfect, we had a lovely view from the window and the vibe of the hotel was generally very cosy - not like a big chain hotel.

Hotel location - Hotel entrance very welcoming.Two young ladies on reception who checked me in on Monday afternoon, and Diane who assisted me with some queries on the following morning, and the lady on breakfast service were nice.
