Slept like a baby. It was very quiet even though so close to the airport and highway! The location is very close to the airport, and they have a shuttle bus available, which made it very easy to get there. All of the staff were very polite and their English was very good. They have a washing machine and dryer available next to the lifts, which was awesome for my friend, she could wash all evening and travel on with fresh clothes. In total, I'd book the hotel again.

The view of the hotel is very nice, when it's not cloudy or raining. The breakfast is good, there is a small menu available and you can take coffee or tea. The portions are not huge.
There are cats and a dog at the hotel which we very much liked. They liked to be petted.
All in all the hotel is not really spectacular. Very good for 1 night when you arrive in San Jose by plane or are about to leave.
