The perfect place for our focused 5 day workshop (small team). The staff looked after us really well and food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, plus kitchen made an effort to create vegetarian meals. The water pump broke down for 2 days, which meant certain parts of the hotel were without water. However hotel did everything possible to enable showers at requested times of the day.

To get an introduction to Llanos culture go to the Malokas park. We also visited Ocaros biopark which has a lot of local fauna on display. Although the animals seem well treated the park needs an update to bring it up to today’s standards.
If you like meat this is a great place to try it, I’d recommend the asadero Amarradero del Mico

The climate was ideal and the surrounding countrry side beautiful.
We spent time at the various rivers around Restrepo and hiked in the Altos de Caney area.
We visited the bioparc in Villavo.
We ate at the Wyndham Gardens and various restaurants around Restrepo (Pardo Rojo,Picaderia for good meat etc).
It is not easy to get around Villavo,as directions and signage is very poor or absent.

You can go to “la piedra del Amor” where u can see the whole city. There are small towns near by where the food is amazing like A “Restrepo “ y “acacias” .

Diana was wonderful. She is fully bilingual and was extremely communicative, prompt, helpful and accessible. I contacted her throughout my stay for various things and she went above and beyond, helping with taxis, food, etc. The apartment is located very near the beautiful pool. The beds were comfortable and I really liked the bathroom. Had a small washer for clothes, and a cold, full-size refrigerator/freezer.
It is a nice hotel, comfy bed, good internet, good pool, decent restaurant, good location. Right next to the most beautiful centro comercial I've seen in Colombia. I recommend to try the "falso mamona" in Bastimento there, it is a variant of the signature dish of the region, and the restaurant is very nice.
I have been traveling throughout Central and South America for 5 months. By far this is the best "free" breakfast of any hotel, period. Good coffee, eggs, bread, cheese, juice, fruit etc. Served on the top floor of the hotel so you get great views. Strongly recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff in a good part of the city and close to amenities. Room had everything I needed, including a fridge, which was useful. And the pool was great - some very nice evening swims. Would definitely stay here again.
Andrey at the front desk was rude and even after the reservation was confirmed via booking, he told me there was room not available and I had to look for another hotel. And even though I was charge the full price of the night.
The surrounding area was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Laundry service was quick, affordable and easy. The front staff was always ready through the hotel phone or through WhatsApp to fulfill our needs.
