The property was absolutely beautiful, and the owner Dyonar, his wife, and everyone there were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have a lot of cute animals there, and the location was convenient to visit the termales. Mr Dyonar helped us book tickets to the termales and drove us there.

The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

The Hot Springs were amazing.
The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both. It was very easy to get to Santa Rosa de Cabal from Matisses Hotel and Spa. I recommend the scenery, ambiance, waterfalls, friendly locals, walking, relaxing, and food.

The way Booking.com is managing the bookings are wrong; they should charge for a room not for the number of people; if the room says it can accommodate 4 people and have 4 beds then give the price for 4 people on 4 beds then if you want to refund the price for the people that are no using the beds then it would be fine... I've never seen that kind of system in my life that charges by person, that is tacky, shameful and miserable that after driving 3 or more hours to that isolated place you tell your customers it will be more money, but if it would be less people then you would not even refund it. The natural place is amazing, but that hotel is precariously managed.

We are amazed by the staff. They were helpful, friendly, did our check in very quick and we had to check out very early in the morning so we asked them to arrange our breakfast as a take away and they were more than happy to help.
The view of the hotel was speechless. We were lucky to be there before sunset and had a chance to finish the day with a stunning sunset view.
The room size was adequate, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and modernly designed.
Staff was great, very personable and attentive. They contacted us prior to the stay and helped us organize several activities which we really enjoyed, such as: hiking, horseback riding and a trip to the San Vicente hot springs.
The location is very calm and natural. The hotel premises were very interesting with several activities and games such as cornhole, mini-ping pong, badminton, swings, campfires, jacuzzi, and a small playground.
I like the private space for the group. Well equipped house and beautiful building. Beds are confortable. Towels and bed linen is very clean. Bathroom also very clean. Santiago was very nice and kind to help us with everything we need. We loved the coffee, soft drinks, and snacks as a welcome reception. All of us were quite happy and thankful about it.
We hope to come back another day and have more time to explore Santa Rosa de Cabal.
The location is absolutely fabulous. The termales de Santa Rosal are just up the road. Even though it's on the main road, rooms face lush gardens and a flowing stream. There are many birds on the property too. Our room was very private and comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we stayed more. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. The really think Hotel Visperas is your best option for staying in this area.
This was a lovely country hotel which offered spacious accommodation in beautiful grounds with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa facilities. Also activities for children. The owner was extremely helpful and provided anything we asked for. However I feel the breakfast could have offered a little more choice - taking into account vegetarian and gluten free diets. However overall our experience was extremely pleasurable.
Wonderful stay for relaxing and slowing down. Pilar is the kindest host we’ve ever had. She helped arrange transportation and made a reservation at the hot springs for us. Breakfast was good. The hostal is within walking distance of several restaurants. The property also has some short walking paths, one down to the creek. We didn’t get to explore Santa Rosa de Cabal, but it looks like a nice town to walk around.
High marks all around especially for the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness. My room was very nice, with lots of storage space, and the shower is big with good pressure and hot. Location is fairly close to the main square and the street to get to it has a lot of the Town's "cool" restaurants and bars. Fast reliable Internet though the service provider had a couple hiccups but such is Colombia.
This hotel really exceeded my expectations given how cheap it is. The staff were so friendly (despite the language barrier we just about managed to communicate!), the hotel is decorated beautifully and we got upgraded to the huge jacuzzi room. The grounds are gorgeous and it was next door to a good restaurant so we didn’t need to go back into town for dinner
This hotel is wonderful! Gorgeous gardens and areas for kids to play. I would highly recommend coming here with kids. The pool is cold but we warmed up in the hot tub after. You can easily get a cab to the hot springs nearby. The rooms have good soundproofing and it’s very quiet at night. Good typical Colombian breakfast and friendly staff and owner.
Everything! The hosts took such great care of us. They arranged our excursions, cooked us delicious meals and took care of our dog, Haven when we were at the Termales. I have already booked a return trip with and am bringing more family to experience this wonderful hotel and the caring staff.
Barioche is among beautiful nature, very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
Breakfast is good and the staff kind and warm (special mention to the owner).

Don Ramon is a very nice host, he was so helpful and kind. It's close to Balnearios termales de Santa Rosa, like 20 min, so It's good location. The only thing is that the facilities are in construction so I hope next time I go it's finish
The location is great, they can improve the breakfast they have just one option for breakfast, and they don´t offer juice. The hotel is a big traditional house with good spaces but the room is not too comfortable.
Room was dirty - dusty. Very low lightning, smelly pillows, no soap, we need to ask for towels, they had a lot of dogs wondering around the hotel, and the hotel smells like dog piss.
The hotel is set in the most stunning environment - the waterfalls and the thermal baths are amazing. The staff bought extra towels whenever you needed, as they got pretty wet.
The hotel is nicely decorated, close to the termales (15 min by car) and surrounded by nature. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Also, excellent breakfast!
