The property was absolutely beautiful, and the owner Dyonar, his wife, and everyone there were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have a lot of cute animals there, and the location was convenient to visit the termales. Mr Dyonar helped us book tickets to the termales and drove us there.

The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

The Hot Springs were amazing.
The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both. It was very easy to get to Santa Rosa de Cabal from Matisses Hotel and Spa. I recommend the scenery, ambiance, waterfalls, friendly locals, walking, relaxing, and food.

I visited the termales de Santa Rosa, it was a awesome experience. I was amazed of the landscapes, the waterfalls and the pools I would definitely come back

The way Booking.com is managing the bookings are wrong; they should charge for a room not for the number of people; if the room says it can accommodate 4 people and have 4 beds then give the price for 4 people on 4 beds then if you want to refund the price for the people that are no using the beds then it would be fine... I've never seen that kind of system in my life that charges by person, that is tacky, shameful and miserable that after driving 3 or more hours to that isolated place you tell your customers it will be more money, but if it would be less people then you would not even refund it. The natural place is amazing, but that hotel is precariously managed.

This hotel is truly exceptional and one of the best I've ever experienced. Staying here feels like being in paradise.
The spacious and tastefully decorated cottage provided utmost comfort and had all the necessary amenities. Waking up to the breathtaking nature views was simply priceless.
The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness, and enjoying breakfast in their charming garden was a delightful experience. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to Termales de Santa Rosa de Cabal
Take your time to check in because they take all the time for you. So lovely. All your questions will be answerd with great care. The family is very friendly and lives there aswell. actually the place is in the middle of the farm with animals and the birds drop by to have a feed. From your veranda you have a amazing view over the hills off the Andes. Everything was perfect. Very rural experience but close to Santa Rosa termales. The family will provide some basic dinner in the evening. And there smile is priceless.
Great thermal facilities. I'm guessing from previous reviews, some rate the public thermals less favorably, but the ones at the hotel are amazing. Great scenery, relaxing atmosphere, and clean pools. Room was comfortable and clean as well. Massage facilities could be better, but not terrible. Hotel employee attentiveness could also be better. Service at the pools and restaurant were very slow.
This hotel really exceeded my expectations given how cheap it is. The staff were so friendly (despite the language barrier we just about managed to communicate!), the hotel is decorated beautifully and we got upgraded to the huge jacuzzi room. The grounds are gorgeous and it was next door to a good restaurant so we didn’t need to go back into town for dinner
Bariloche Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The hotel itself is so beautiful, a finca with all the Coffe Region appeal, super-well taken care of, and the surrounding area is just breath-taking. Couldn't have stayed in a better place. Also, Leonardo and his family were such great hosts! They do know what hospitality is!!! Loved this place!
Everything! The hosts took such great care of us. They arranged our excursions, cooked us delicious meals and took care of our dog, Haven when we were at the Termales. I have already booked a return trip with and am bringing more family to experience this wonderful hotel and the caring staff.
The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast is all locally made and absolutely delicious.
It's a great idea to hire them to transport you to the airport because the drive there is not 100% smooth.

Wow, what a magical location. Could be the best hotel location I have ever stayed in. Waterfall and hot spring views from the flower lined balcony. Food on site was good and the service was pretty decent, even though others may say otherwise.
Don Ramon is a very nice host, he was so helpful and kind. It's close to Balnearios termales de Santa Rosa, like 20 min, so It's good location. The only thing is that the facilities are in construction so I hope next time I go it's finish
The location is great, they can improve the breakfast they have just one option for breakfast, and they don´t offer juice. The hotel is a big traditional house with good spaces but the room is not too comfortable.
