The property was absolutely beautiful, and the owner Dyonar, his wife, and everyone there were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have a lot of cute animals there, and the location was convenient to visit the termales. Mr Dyonar helped us book tickets to the termales and drove us there.

The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

The Hot Springs were amazing.
The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both. It was very easy to get to Santa Rosa de Cabal from Matisses Hotel and Spa. I recommend the scenery, ambiance, waterfalls, friendly locals, walking, relaxing, and food.

I visited the termales de Santa Rosa, it was a awesome experience. I was amazed of the landscapes, the waterfalls and the pools I would definitely come back

The way Booking.com is managing the bookings are wrong; they should charge for a room not for the number of people; if the room says it can accommodate 4 people and have 4 beds then give the price for 4 people on 4 beds then if you want to refund the price for the people that are no using the beds then it would be fine... I've never seen that kind of system in my life that charges by person, that is tacky, shameful and miserable that after driving 3 or more hours to that isolated place you tell your customers it will be more money, but if it would be less people then you would not even refund it. The natural place is amazing, but that hotel is precariously managed.

We like everything to be honest, stay was perfect. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. Hotel hostess was absolutely kind and always willing to help, the breakfast was delicious and had that "home taste" that was more than delicious. Jacuzzi service during the night along with a glass of wine was romantic and relaxing. Also sharing the fireplace with your couple give you time to think in nothing but resting completely disconnected from everything else.
I like the private space for the group. Well equipped house and beautiful building. Beds are confortable. Towels and bed linen is very clean. Bathroom also very clean. Santiago was very nice and kind to help us with everything we need. We loved the coffee, soft drinks, and snacks as a welcome reception. All of us were quite happy and thankful about it.
We hope to come back another day and have more time to explore Santa Rosa de Cabal.
The location is absolutely fabulous. The termales de Santa Rosal are just up the road. Even though it's on the main road, rooms face lush gardens and a flowing stream. There are many birds on the property too. Our room was very private and comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we stayed more. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. The really think Hotel Visperas is your best option for staying in this area.
Felipe and Alejandra make you feel at home, when I was there I was the only guest but still had all the privacy I needed. Felipe is a super cool guy and showed me around the city, because we clicked very well he even went with me to the hotsprings. He also helped me with a mechanic for my exhaust and to packup my bike.
All this made it a super genuine hostel experience, the best in Colombia!
This hotel really exceeded my expectations given how cheap it is. The staff were so friendly (despite the language barrier we just about managed to communicate!), the hotel is decorated beautifully and we got upgraded to the huge jacuzzi room. The grounds are gorgeous and it was next door to a good restaurant so we didn’t need to go back into town for dinner
The location is perfect. Right next to the town square. We paid 50£ for the room accidentally so it was a very large room with three double beds. The staff did our laundry for us for a reasonable price which saved us walking round town searching for a launderette . The hotel interior is very nice. The towels are very nice and the beds are comfortable

Santa Rosa is a great little city. The hotel was centrally located with parking. The staff was friendly and helped us book our tours with ease. The rooms were nice, quiet and came with a fan which is a huge bonus for me. The breakfast was typical but you could pay extra for the chorizo and it was delicious. The showers had hot water.
Barioche is among beautiful nature, very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
Breakfast is good and the staff kind and warm (special mention to the owner).

Comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is very attentive. If you are interested in going to "Termales de Santa Rosa de Cabal" they help you arrange it. The hotel is located just a 5 min walk from the main square.
The breakfast was simple but good. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds of the hotel. The people at the hotel, including the guests, were pleasant. The hotel animals, dogs and a small pig, were all friendly.
I like entire the place, more comfortable. It's beautiful in special the waterfall. The thermals are delicious. I love the hotel and I will recommend it to my friends and families.
The hotel is set in the most stunning environment - the waterfalls and the thermal baths are amazing. The staff bought extra towels whenever you needed, as they got pretty wet.
