If you're looking for a cheap place to stay close to the airport for one night, this is cheap, close and good enough for one night. The staff is nice, only speaks Spanish though, so you may want to get your translation app out. There is a kitchen so you will get breakfast and dinner, although I'd recommend getting some food from somewhere else

it was just the last afternoon and night before our flight back home. we did have coffee in the lobby cafe, had lunch nearby (2 min by car) and in check out at 5 am went super smooth. we were within 7 minutes at the airport- where we dropped of the car. it is very close and easy access to the airport, which was our purpose to book this hotel.

rionegro is lovely. star suites, not so much. there were cracks the walls, daylight and noise coming through. the bed was wet. ceiling tiles askew. apparently, it has no address, so GPS to locate is worthless. and i have to ask, how could a business like booking. com even promote a property like this on their website?

I love San Nicolas for shopping. Rionegro is hectic, and growth is uncontrolled. The outskirts of Rionegro are incredible, and there are quiet spots if you get away from the city. You have to be careful about your belongings and crimes of opportunity.

I discovered this hotel four stays ago when I needed a place for 6 hours before a late night flight out of Colombia. I keep coming back whenever I can because it is quite, very clean, restful and economical. The family that owns and runs it is always super friendly and I enjoy talking with them. The airport shuttle is fast and reliable. This is a simple hotel, but perhaps the best value I have ever come across. It has become more than just a place to stay, but really a part of my frequent trips to Colombia that I look forward to.

We stayed just overnight in order to take an international flight the next day. We like to do this, even if the schedule flight allows us to drive from the nearest city Medellin.
The hotel Las Lomas is nice, clean and has the perfect location to relax before an international flight.
I stayed in the bungalow room, view was amazing to wake up to!

This place is absolutely stunning. You can feel the magic once you walk in.
The hotel recommended a driver to pick me up from the airport and he was very professional and friendly.
I arrived at the airport at 1:30am, the hotel sent a driver to pick us up. He was so accommodating since we stopped at a restaurant to eat. The hotel was literally 5min away from airport. The next morning the driver took us back to the airport so we could catch a bus to Medellin.

Loved this hotel! Good facilities, staff and location for the best price. Breakfast included and parking in front. Ideal for pre and post travel from the airport which is very close. They have shuttle service to and from the airport. We stayed twice already and will stay again!!
Food was delivered when requested and the room was comfortable. I was also placed in a room next door to my friends which might have been a happy coincidence, but was nice! Location was also great because it was a quick ride to the hotel from the airport.

Breakfast was great! The staff is trained and responds fast to any questions. The hotel is close to the airport and the airport shuttle is fast and reliable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped.
They have a good idea, obviously inspired by Japanese hotels. The grounds are gorgeous and well laid out, with beautiful flowers. I'm sure the mini golf course is a great draw for some.
