In general is OK for the price but next time I wouldn’t care paying extra money for a place where there is not a gay club next. I was with a group of friends but won’t recommend it for a family. They have big screens that you can easily see and after 9, it’s full of XXX videos.
This hotel is centrally located and the amenities are good. There was a pool and spa at our hotel, Kualamana, and the equivalent of a full water park near the entrance of the property. The rooms were clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. With the exception of the front desk staff, who were wildly unhelpful, the staff was polite and helpful.
The apartment was super clean and contained all what is required for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to leave in the night to Bogota and therefore did not stay until the next morning. But it all looked amazing and the host was very responsive. I will definitely come back in case of visiting Melgar.

The staff is absolutely amazing! extremely warm, attentive and helpful, this really makes the difference on your experience. The hotel is pet friendly which gives a nice and kind atmosphere to the place. It is overall a nice environment.
When we arrived they had sold our room to someone else and we had to start hunting for another hotel room bu foot in a very busy town and 40 degrees temperature outside, in new year eve. Just be very careful
The pool was great and it was good value for money. Very basic room but fine for a couple of nights. Also good recycling facilities at the hotel. Also animal friendly and had a lovely dog and two cats.
Nice hotel, recently renovated. There were some beautiful murals and the place looked very nice. We had a good room, of decent size and working air conditioning. Pretty view to the pool.
I like the location it was close to restaurants and bars. The pool was nice and the slide. The staff was on point. Hotel had pool table and ping pong table.
