Nothing, we just needed to stay there because of the night time of arrival, otherwise I'd rather book somewhere else. They even called the room at midnight because they needed the main guest's name when I checked in at the reception at 7 pm. So unpleasant. Staff is drinking beers at the reception. Nothing professional.

We arrived early after a long and troublesome journey and before 3pm.
Reception lady Lesly quickly organised for us to have early access to our room which was brilliant.
Room was clean, bed super-comfortable, bathroom / shower perfect. Air-con just right.
Breakfast was superb.
Outdoor pool is heated which made it comfortable to use up to the 6.30pm closing time.
The renovated Casa Mendoza Hotel has a novel design; unique within city to offer the tourist an experience of elegance and comfort. A lovely garden complements the establishment.
