Staff was great price and location great the sauna didnt work and the jacuzzi was cold the same as last time I stayed here. All they have to do is keep the heater on. Clean it every 3 days. It's a hotel you want to relax in a hit water jacuzzi not cold. The staff was great the food was good the bed is horrible air conditioning is very good clean room as well
The breakfast isn't good I never eat breakfast there. The coffee is weak. I don't stay there for the breakfast though I stay there because the hotel itself is excellent and the staff is great especially the receptionist at the front counter Sandra is a sweetheart!
Everything I loved 😍 pretty room with a confortable bed. Sixtina Plaza hotel is one of those place u don't want to left of visiting .I chose it because it's close to every place in Itagüí.
I strongly recommend this hotel, the staff is kind and always willing to help, the room, linen and bathroom were clean!
Its a fair price, I would stay here again!
