Great city, with great food and a lot of tourist spots like the Carnival Museum, Restaurant la Cueva, the Zoo, the food court at the river Malecón. And close to Puerto Colombia which is a very nice beach with beautiful statues of the inmigrants that came to the once important harbor, and a Lighthouse that turns on at night.

Barranquilla should be avoided by all. The river boat service although free went up the river for 15 mins, turned round and went back. That was the exciting parts.
Forget the point where ocean meets river. No chance of ever getting there.

This is a modern, well-appointed townhouse in a gated community of 8. Located in the nice part of town on a quiet side street within walking distance of a mall/Exito. Gated with 24 hour security. Room for 6 adults (3 bedrooms). If I were ever to live in Barranquilla, I would consider buying a place like this. The rental price was a great deal, too.

Barranquilla is a lovely city close to the coast with a warm climate. There are plenty of places to shop and a lot of delicious restaurants to try. If you enjoy relaxing, eating, and shopping, then this is the place for you. Catching a taxi is easy or you can use uber.

Barranquilla is not a turistic city like Cartagena or Santa Marta, but it has its own charm. It is very organized and clean, and the people are very friendly. We really liked it a lot and hope to come back to enjoy the carnaval.
I booked a 3 night stay to unwind after a 3 week motorcycle tour of the Caribbean coast. It was amazing luxury in every way. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It just has the nicest ’vibe’. The hotel is very quiet, the beds and linens are fantastic. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful for walking. Breakfast was different every morning and always a big variety. Don’t miss trying their restaurant, also out of this world.

unfortunately this time wasn’t as good looks like they are renovating a few areas of the hotel so not all the facilities were available and the pool area was shut but still enjoyed my stay with them and will book again it a nice hotel and good price
Nice, clean, modern room at a value price. I liked this place better than all the other good value hotels that I've stayed at in various parts of Colombia. I found the room and bathroom to be just a little bit more spacious, which makes a big difference. I will be staying here again whenever I find myself in Barranquilla.

I like everything about hotel. The was big. The pool was big plus for hot days. The salon and breakfast area was historical and ND brought good memories. The decoration brought good memories. I will stay again and again at this place.
I had an issue at check-in, but I had the luck the Hotel Manager came to help me out, and he did! I was frustrated, but at the end The maanager delivered what I can call a great customer experience. Wil return!

I loved staying here. The ladies who run the hotel were so sweet. I started calling them my Colombian Mothers. This place is great to location, for the cost, and for the wonderful staff.
Location is great. Staff great. Very good breakfast buffet. Linens were worn out and pillows smelled old. Bed was hard but we were told that's ordinary in colombia.
