The worst hotel ever, doesn’t deserve five stars at all! Manager and front desk staff are so rude and not helpful. I forgot my passport in the safe locker and shortly after checkout I remembered. I called several times and housekeeping confirmed twice that the safe is empty and no passports are found. After I mentioned calling tourism police, miraculously my passport was found. They refuse to expand on details and held my passport in the front desk, open to the public and unsafe. The staff consistently lied and the manager ended the call every time. It took hours to resolve this. Unprofessional, worst hotel, avoid at all costs, such a pain. Colombia is beautiful but they made my stay hell sadly and ruined my experience.
