We had to report this to booking as a fraudulent scam and also have reported it to our bank. We will also be reporting them to the Consumer Protection authority of Colombia, and potentially escalate further with legal proceedings. We are actually appalled that we showed them our bank statements showing the 3 different transactions and recent card transactions and they refused to believe us. They tried to gaslight us into saying there were only 2 transactions and that we were refunded when you can clearly see from the statements that it is not the case. We have never been treated like this before and look forward to receiving the refund from our bank and compensation from booking for the defamation. It was not worth the trip and paying 200,000-230,000 each way to get there from Santa Marta. Views were stunning but it was soured, we are very upset.

Magical place in the middle of the forest. This family business is dedicated to preserving nature and creating sustainable tourism. All the cabins are made of natural materials. They are decorated absolutely lovely. I had the most amazing view (all the way to Santa Marta and the sea) from my cabin. There are no windows but screens, so you can fall asleep listening to the sounds of the forest. The bathrooms are open to nature so I could shower and brush my teeth with a view every day. They use composting toilets (don't worry, no bad smells!).
Also there is a wonderful Yoga Shala with a view of the forest. The staff was super helpful and nice. They all spoke english. I absolutely loved the calm and peaceful vibe of this place.
We are 12 kilometers from the center of Minca, 9 kilometers from the highway and 3 kilometers of unpaved road. 27 kilometers from the city of Santa Marta.

This gem is a must hidden in the mountains around Minca. The rooms are huge with the hot tub on the balcony allowing you to watch the jungle as you relax. And breathtaking views from every angle. As this is so far away from town it really feels like you are experience the true wildlife. The owner made this stay that extra bit special, the communication was the best I have had at any stay, with assistance with booking transport, to arranging our evening meals. It is a small hotel with just a few rooms so you are really getting that extra personal touch.
The breakfast and evening meals were amazing. Please do not hesitate to stay here.
