One of the best Apartments I have ever booked. It was very modern, everything was clean and we had a great view on the mountains.
Also was there a billard table and the whole shared space was pretty nice.
The Host helped us everyday to get to the attractions near the area.

Amazing place! It's really THE accomodation to choose if you want to discover Zhangjiajie national park and avoid the crowds.
You can watch the sunset at a great spot close to the hotel, get up early and walk to one of the sunrise spots (pretty much guaranteed that you'll be there by yourself), and get the best advice how to plan your route to avoid the crowds.
Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic time at YOLO resort. I absolutely recommend staying there!

We loved this location so much we changed our travel plans to stay another night. This area is incredible. There are three parks to visit, the Forest Park (Avatar mountains), Tianmen mountain (thousand stairs), and Glass Bridge. These three sites offer a huge range of activities and natural beauty to appreciate, you could easily spend a week or more here, I think. There is also excellent infrastructure and accessibility accommodations, many of the trails were partially or entirely wheelchair accessible, with many transport options for guests who cannot or do not want to take the long hike to viewpoints. Good for all levels or activity and for children.
Be sure to try the local tea shops! Zhangjiajie is known for its tea production and the tea sellers were all very friendly and willing chat.

The parks are absolutely gorgeous.
The parks are absolutely gorgeous. My favorite place was Tianmen mountain. I was here for a week and unfortunately it rained almost every day. The places are really beautiful, but this place is EXTREMELY touristy. A lot of the places/areas (especially the glass bridge) felt like what I would describe as “Nature’s Disneyland.” You get to see beautiful sites, but from the fenced pathway that you’re on. Having to pay a bunch of money for every place also takes away the magic a bit. It’s also incredibly hard to get pictures without other people in them. And then there’s the “queues.” You will not be alone. I would still recommend going, but if your goal is to go somewhere peaceful, and to escape to nature this is not the place for that.

I was here for one and a half days only. I came here on a high speed train from Changsha, it took only 2 hours. First day I spend the evening at Baofeng lake, it’s was really beautiful, and costs 110 ¥. You will have a transportation from the gates to this lake and then a boat trip around lake. Such a nice view!!! Next day I had a hiking in the national park. I was walking really fast but still had enough time to take pictures everywhere so I can see all the spots in one day. I started from elevator and then went to the top of the tyanzi mountain and walked down it. And then I went to the oxygen square and had a cable up to the mountain.

The shop owner's English is particularly good, which is not easy in China. She will explain the map to us very carefully. Breakfast is very rich, and I will recommend it to my friends. The only downside is that the restaurants recommended by the shop owner are all in Chinese style, with affordable prices but very spicy and not delicious

Very nice landscape - impressive mountains - Tian Shan and the park. Verry Chinese organization for millions of tourists. Limited space for individual "advanture". I intendet to cycle to the Tian Shan mountain, but this was not permitted and secured by a guard. Nevertheless a interesting place.

It is very near to the west gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, 5 minutes walk. This is good for those who want to enter the park as early as possible to avoid the crowds. The area around the west gate is like the quiet countryside whereas the east gate is a bustling place with lots of shops and restaurants. But the property has a restaurant and provided well cooked Chinese dishes.
Carol and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Carol speaks English so there will be no problem for non Chinese speaking guests.
Really good place to stay if visiting the west side of the park. Very close proximity to the entrance - about 5 minute walk. Excellent breakfast options - chinese and western as well as a large selection of options for dinner. The hotel is relatively new and has great rooms with excellent views. Rooms are very modern, clean, great facilities and amenities. I've stayed here on two separate trips to Zhangjiajie and will stay here again if I return a third time. There's no better option for hotels on this side of the park.
Great location for visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. A short walk from the hotel to one of the quietest entrances to the park, you can avoid massive crowds and queues. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful, they can speak fluent English,they can help you solve any questions. providing walking routes and tips for the all the scenic areas in Zhangjiajie. They also helped with booking tickets and transport. The food at the hotel is tasty.Breakfast is amazing for foreigner.
Miss Zhu Hui is by far the best host i ever had in my life. Amazing hospitality and very proffessional approach. Hotel is great and on perfect location. Anything you need she will arrange for you. Mark: 10!!! She gave me perfect plan to visit Zhangjiajie National park, Tianmen mountain and Yellow Dragon Cave. All done in 3 days.
Delicious warm meals before and after long hikes and tasty local fruits were always ready for me.

Jenny the hotel manager was very welcoming and helpful. She speaks English and is very informative about the city and the tourist sites. There's even detailed information on the wall in the lobby. There are also tables to sit at to eat and drink.
The hotel is about 2.5km from the city center and it's close to the cable cars to Tianmen Mountain.
The room was clean when we first entered. It has basic things such as a kettle, glasses, hair dryer, TV and A/C.

Girl at the desk Anine, was extremely friendly and helpful. She has organised for me 5 days of activities in all must to see places around Zhangjiajie. And everything was done by Chinese-English handheld translator. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful and friendly staff at any hotel.

I had the most amazing time in Jijiehao Inn ! First, I was upgraded to a single room as the Inn was not full. Then, they helped me a lot to plan for my trip in the Zhangjiajie National Park & Tianman moutain, advised me on the restaurants in the area, booked me my taxi, etc They were so helpful !
Also, they were super super nice, I'll never forget how welcoming they were ! I felt like at home.

Best location for the National Park. It is located in central of Wulingyuan town . The hotel and room is very Classic . The staff was kind and helpful. They helped us with booking the park ,glass bridge tickets ,the trip before our arrival.Otherwise the park is huge ,we have no idea where to star. We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
If youre planning on visiting the avatar mountains you have to stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They are fluent in english and will drive you back and forth to the mountains for free. Do not get a tour guide instead ask them for help and they will give you a full itinerary with map to help you navigate through the mountains. Highly recommend staying here!
The hotel has a perfect location nestled in the National Forest Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially Xiaoxiao and her little brother - they helped us navigate common tourist attractions, arranged tickets and provided transport. The pool and scenery is definitely a highlight of this hotel as are the comfortable rooms! Very clean. Would highly recommend!
The Location is perfect and not far form the Park Entrance (Wulingyuan -east gate of the National Forest Park. Carol is very kind and even buy our all entrance tickets that we need in advance. It is super helpful during high season in Zhangjiajie. The Service is the best as well. Highly recommend.

The location as shown on Booking.com for this hotel is not correct, and is off by a few blocks, which led to some confusion when I tried to navigate using Baidu. But otherwise the room is decent, not far from the railway station.
Great location close to Zhangjiajie central bus station where you can take the cable car to Tianmen and buses to Wulingyuan and Grand Canyon. The owner speaks good English and was very helpful in booking tickets.
The hotel host gave us a free room upgrade since the hotel was almost empty of guest due to time being off season. The host was very kind and helping showing us the best routes in the national park.
