Great value for your money. Clean, elegant grand lobby design, great pool, great banquet breakfast, good laundromat, rooms were modern with comfy beds and a great bathroom. The room had a nice little balcony too. Highly recommend and would stay again next time I’m in Sanya.

We absolutely loved the service provided by the welcoming staff, the clean rooms and the hotel's sustainability ethos. The housekeeping lady on the 9th floor did such a great job every day. And the front desk went out of their way to help us. Facilities are also amazing, but it was a pity 2 out of 3 pools were closed for maintenance. We are 1 Hotel converts, if every property kept true to your green mission. Would loved to stay again :)

The hotel is very good. It is close to the airport. The staff is really friendly although they don't speak English but they try to help you at all times through a translator. They had a lovely detail with me and gave me a cake for my birthday. Many thanks to all the staff but especially to the receptionist who do the check-in and the bellboy who helped us a lot.

A tropical city resort that caters almost exclusively for Chinese domestic tourism, plus a few Russians. There's a wide selection of luxury hotels but not much to do apart from relax by the pool, shop at a mall and eat at Chinese restaurants. Yalong Bay is prettier than Sanya Bay.
For your money you will get better value and service in Southeast Asian destinations like Thailand and Vietnam and Bali. But if you like seafood and speak Chinese you'll enjoy it.

Sanya is a fantastic tropical break for people in China, especially those living in the North who need some quick relief. However, the general consensus is that Sanya does not offer quite the same 'holiday experience' as destinations in other South East Asian countries, so although Sanya is perfect for a quick break, if you find you have a longer vacation then it might be worth heading a touch further afield.

Sanya is the main tourist hot spot on Hainan Island. But still it doesn't feel overcrowded. The City is is very clean, offers a wide range of restaurants bars and accomodation. Besides beach activities the nature is stunning and you can go on hikking tours. You can get your scuba dicing certificate as well, several diving centers are offering courses and some fun dicing.

Yalong bay provided a beautiful beach with many activities available. Sadly there was no lifestyle on the beach (restaurants and bars, shops etc). Making dining and evenings a bit boring. Also, bear in mind Sanya is huge, making it a big distance to go anywhere. City center is 40 to 60 minutes away by car as is Sanya bay and Haitang bay so its very isolated.

Sanya is a nice place to stay, after more then 20 years living in China it was my first time here, but I really enjoyed it. I stayed here outside the public holidays, and perhaps due to the COVID it was not so busy, but I enjoyed it very much. In the evening there is a bar called Dolphin Sports Bar & Grill with a very good live (Filipino) band. Also the food is very nice in this place. If you like Italian food, Casa Mia is the place to go, excellent food for a very reasonable price. If you want to go for an exclusive dinner, make a reservation at Barbacao beach restaurant at The Edition hotel, wonderful place and very nice food.
Breakfast was great. Vegan friendly and delivered to our room (because of Covid measures). The location was perfect, at the quiet end of (supposedly) the best beach in Sanya - Yalong Bay. We didn't use the pool as the sea was perfect for swimming and, luckily, wasn't at all crowded. Although the staff spoke very little English, they went out of their way to be helpful and service always came with a smile. We had a great view and the room was a good size. The bathroom was nice and spacious too. Extremely comfortable bed.
The room! The room was really big and had a great outdoor garden with some of the best views in Sanya. The infinity pool was awesome to relax in during morning time or late at night. And it’s great to take a photo or two, especially with the view in the background. The breakfast was included in my stay and it was not bad at all, in fact it’s much better then most star rated hotels. The staff was very helpful and caring as well! I would definitely recommend and it is close to everything, the beach, restaurants etc.
Overall it was a pleasant stay, good location (away from the crowds), hundred meters away from the beach, nice sea view. Room size is spacious.
Breakfast - good variety of both local and western options, love the local noodle stall.
Facilities - gym and pool are well maintained. Mineral water replenished frequently.
There’s a mini mart inside the hotel, but if you are looking for a bigger mart or supermarket, better take cab as none of them is within walking distance.
The most greatest hotel in Sanya with Aquarium, Shopping malls Water Park, swimming pools and other facilities that amazing me and my family. Superb breakfast and many outstanding local taste restaurants within the hotel. We appreciate very much to the Manager, Ms Simran, who decorated our room with cake for free on my wife birthday that day. This hotel is the best selection among the other in Sanya. Will come again
Everything was great. Met immediately by staff upon arrival at hotel. Greeted by many people. Check-in was fast easy and friendly. Room was big. Great view. Great comfort from bed to linens to towels to bathrobes pillows mini bar safe furniture. Breakfast buffet great. Pool area great. Fitness center great and a great spa. Overall great experience. Maid service was spot-on. Always fresh towels and linens.
Best place I have stayed in China. Great facilities, really friendly staff, very close to beach, 5 min walk. really comfortable and easy to get around. Only downside is a beach front dominated by large hotel resorts, so beach has limited offerings, there are ,shopping areas but they lack character. Would definately stay at hotel again but get a,taxi to another beach..
The staff of the hotel is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very organised and was arranging tests and shopping for people, due to outbreak in Sanya. They also allowed me to change the reservation twice and stay in the same room, which was very nice of them.
The beach is very suitable for babies. The hotel itself has nice swimming pools, especially the big one with some sand for kids to play. Interior has some good vibe of nature. Even if you are in the hotel room you can feel that you are still united with nature.
The breakfast was great, the hotel and staff were nice. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, view from the room, and proximity to the beach. We enjoyed being further away from the more crowded and noisy beach areas.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Sanya. Swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi are always clean. Breakfast is good. Not so far from Dadonghai Beach. The staff is friendly.
